Email headers contain technical information about how an email was sent, routed, and delivered. Our support team may occasionally ask for these headers to help diagnose delivery delays, spam tagging, or missing messages.
Follow the simple steps below to view and copy your email headers depending on the program or service you use. Once you have them, please paste them into your support ticket reply or attach them as a text file.

- Open the email (double-click so it opens in a new window).
- Click File → Properties.
- Find the Internet headers box near the bottom.
- Select all (Ctrl + A) and copy (Ctrl + C).

- In the new message, tap anywhere in the message body and select Select All.
- Tap Copy — this includes the header portion at the top of the message.
- Paste into your support ticket or an email back to us.
Note: The iOS Mail app does not always show the full raw headers. If possible, please access your email using webmail or a desktop app to view complete details.
???? Why We Ask for Headers
- To trace where an email originated from.
- To verify if authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) passed or failed.
- To troubleshoot delays, delivery failures, or spam tagging.
Headers only contain routing and technical details — they do not include your email’s message body — so it is safe to share them with our team.
✅ Submitting the Headers
Once copied, simply paste the full headers into your support ticket. If they’re too long, save them to a text file (e.g. email-headers.txt) and attach that file instead.
If you’re unsure whether you have the correct section, just attach a screenshot or ask our team — we’ll guide you through it.
