We’d like to let you know about an upcoming scheduled migration for clients hosted on the Winter server (winter.snowtech.com.au).
Your websites will be moved to a new and upgraded cPanel server located in our Melbourne data centre.

- Date: Sunday 3rd August
- Time: 10:00 PM AEST
- Estimated Duration: Up to 6 hours
During this time, you may experience temporary downtime or brief service interruptions while we complete the migration.
What You Need to Know:
- ✅ No changes to your cPanel login credentials
- ✅ No DNS or domain updates are required
- ✅ All websites, databases, and emails will be migrated automatically
- ✅ No action is required — but we recommend checking your website after the migration to ensure everything is working as expected
